1. Purpose

3. Payment and escrow

4. Transfer
The domain transfer will be coordinated through the current registrar or another mutually agreed registrar. Transfer timing can depend on registrar policies, account verification, and required waiting periods.
5. No performance claims
SEO and branding advantages described on the site are strategic considerations, not guarantees of rankings, traffic, revenue, resale value, or business outcomes.
