1. The service
SoloFounderPreneur operates a public leaderboard where listings are ranked by the total amount their owner has paid. Buying a bid buys placement on that board and nothing else. We make no promise about traffic, clicks, revenue or outcomes.
2. Eligibility
Listings must be for a product, service or personal profile you own or are authorised to promote. The Solo Founder badge is self-declared; misuse may result in removal.
3. Bids and payment
Bids are in whole US dollars and processed by our payment provider. Your rank changes only after payment clears. Totals are cumulative and never reset.
4. Refunds
Placement is delivered immediately, so bids are final and non-refundable except where consumer law requires otherwise. Fraudulent or disputed payments cause immediate removal from the board.
5. Prohibited content
No illegal content, malware, adult content, hate speech, link shorteners, deceptive redirects, or impersonation. We may remove any listing at our discretion without refund.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last thirty days.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
